About the Position:

Within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, our focus is on delivering groundbreaking solutions for irregular heart rhythms and heart failure, while also working to prevent sudden cardiac arrest. Our objective is to provide less-invasive treatment options for critical cardiac issues, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life. As part of Boston Scientific, a pioneer in medical technology, we boast nearly two decades of significant research and development, broadening indications, and improving access to life-saving therapies such as ICD and CRT.

Position Overview:

As an essential member of our team, you will be instrumental in advocating for our commercially available products through extensive clinical education and sales support initiatives. You will be tasked with covering a designated territory, engaging with existing and prospective clients, and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and revenue growth within specific product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support Excellence: Act as the primary clinical resource for device implant coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up, ensuring optimal outcomes for both customers and patients. Educational Outreach: Deliver presentations and demonstrations to inform customers about the clinical advantages and proper application of our products, utilizing a variety of formats and platforms. Clinical Engagement: Participate in device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, conducting patient follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and success with implanted devices. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with hospital staff, engaging in meaningful discussions and identifying key decision-makers to facilitate future sales opportunities. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions. Inventory Oversight: Comply with company and divisional guidelines for managing commercial inventory, ensuring product availability and timely delivery. On-Call Responsibilities: Be prepared to fulfill on-call duties as necessary, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality around the clock.

Required Qualifications:

0-2 years of professional experience, preferably with a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, science, mathematics, business, or nursing, or equivalent technical experience. Willingness to participate in rotational 24/7 on-call duties, including holidays and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, device clinic, or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab. Background in medical device sales, sales support, clinical education, or clinical research. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently while remaining accountable to team objectives. Proficient in conveying complex medical device software algorithms and therapies to diverse audiences. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment as part of a highly motivated team.
