Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at The Hatch Group, Inc. as a General Laborer. This role will involve assisting in various aspects of our industry, including preparation of asphalt for roads and parking lots, site development, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offloading trucks and gathering tools for the day.
  • Transporting rakes and shovels to designated areas.
  • Moving the pavement saw to the transverse joint.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a laborer, preferably in the asphalt, site development, or forestry fields.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and at night.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Ability to work for long hours in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and observation skills.
