Certification Requirements
  • Mandatory Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of procedures, including:

  • Cardiac Catheterization: Proficient in performing stent placements, IABP, Impella, and right heart catheterization.
  • Electrophysiology Studies: Conducting cardiac ablation, mapping, and pacemaker insertions.
  • Vascular Procedures: Executing angioplasty, embolization, mesenteric angiograms, and stent placements.
  • Venous Access: Required to perform central venous access with tunneled ports.
Equipment and Skills

Familiarity with essential equipment is required:

  • Fluoroscopy: Required, with a preference for Siemens equipment.
  • Procedural Skills: Must demonstrate accurate monitoring, equipment setup, and preparation of access sites.
  • Professional Knowledge: Understanding of isolation precautions is essential, with a preference for experience in rapid response teams.
