Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment; experience as a team lead or supervisor preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software; experience with RF scanners and other warehouse equipment preferred
  • Valid forklift operator's license required
