We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Soliant. As a School Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' physical development and participation in educational activities.

Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assess students' motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility.\
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans.\
  • Provide direct intervention and therapeutic exercises to address students' specific needs.\
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.\
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy goals as needed.\
  • Conduct periodic evaluations to measure progress and inform intervention strategies.\
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for goal development.\
  • Promote students' physical well-being and independence through evidence-based practices.\\/ul">

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.\
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.\
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.\
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.\
