As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests enjoy a high-quality food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities- Serve Guests with Excellence: Provide attentive and efficient service to guests in the bar, restaurant, and room service areas.
- Mix and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to meet guest requests.
- Offer Flexibility and Creativity: Provide flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests and preferences.
- Manage Orders and Payments: Complete guest orders accurately and collect payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Clean and wash barware, utensils, and the bar area, and restock and prep bar items as needed.
- Support Hotel Goals: Collaborate with all departments to support the goals of the hotel and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous Experience: Previous food and beverage and/or serving experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and move around for an entire shift, and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Permits: Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit and Alcohol Servers Permit.
