We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Talencia LLC. As a Registered Nurse - Utilization Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of healthcare resources.
About the Role
This is a 9-week contract position, working on a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift. You will be based at the Bethel Park Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at Bethel Park, PA.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive $65 per hour pay rate on a W2 basis. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including those provided by Talencia LLC.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Registered Nurse - Utilization Management will be to ensure that patients receive the necessary care while minimizing unnecessary expenses. This will involve:
- Evaluating patient needs and developing effective care plans
- Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in utilization management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
