Dinner Service Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Evening Server to join our team at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls. As a key member of our dinner service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and input them into our point-of-sale system, communicating with our chefs and other staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Set and clear tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding guest requests, allergies, and special needs.
  • Complete daily side work as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
  • Clean and organize work areas, tables, and other dining spaces.
Qualifications
  • Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service.
  • Must be a team player, willing to help colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Must present a clean and professional appearance, adhering to our company's dress code.
  • Must be able to arrive on time and have reliable transportation.
