Job SummaryThe Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance their recovery and functional independence. Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, progress reports, and discharge plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
To be successful as a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with EMR software (preferred)
- Excellent clinical decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you can expect:
