Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment in optimal condition
• Manage maintenance staff and outside contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Prepare specifications and scopes for major projects and tasks
• Ensure proper inventory management and requisitioning of maintenance materials and supplies
• Collaborate with senior management to drive cost reductions and improve plant efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or Engineering; 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Green belt certification preferred
• Prior knowledge of machinery used in plastic film manufacturing or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
