Salary:
Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, and skills. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts. The estimated salary for this role is $12-$18 per hour.

Job Description:
General Function:
Our Sales Associates are the face of Sunglass Hut, providing exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with customers and peers. You will be responsible for delivering sales plans and company objectives while cultivating new and existing customer relationships.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by building customer relationships and driving sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Prioritize store appearance and maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with respect and promote an inclusive culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embracing new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
