Renovation Specialist

KHI Medical is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Renovation Specialists. As a key member of our renovation team, you will be responsible for installing and renovating surgical equipment in operating rooms. Your expertise in computer, construction, and mechanical skills will be essential in completing renovation services and installation of surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and renovate surgical equipment in operating rooms
• Participate in renovation services and installation of surgical equipment
• Work with a team to remove old surgical equipment, reinforce overhead steel equipment structures, and manage licensed sub-contractors
• Install surgical lights, equipment booms, and cabinetry in operating rooms
• Cable management

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in computer, construction, and mechanical skills
• Ability to travel overnight, 80% of the time, throughout the country
• Able to read plans and follow scope of work, installing equipment to written specifications
• Knowledgeable in handling, pulling, terminating, and testing low voltage cable
• Ability to work in a crouched or kneeling position and in confined spaces
• Preferred certifications, such as OSHA, CPR/First Aid, and Infection Control
• Basic construction skills for renovation work
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, etc

Compensation

• $18-$23 per hour starting, based on experience
