Bartender Specialist

Olde Silver Tavern is seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join their team. As a key member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patrons.

This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, who can effectively greet customers, learn about their preferences, and recommend menu items. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food, as well as handling basic cleaning duties.

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages for customers and servers in accordance with standard recipes
• Maintain a clean bar at all times, wiping down surfaces regularly and disposing of debris and bottles as needed
• Check and maintain stock of glassware, beverages, and bar supplies, and communicate shortages to management
• Use proper judgment and refuse service to customers who are intoxicated or disruptive

• Completion of mixology or barkeeping training required
• A minimum of two years' related experience
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative customers

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
