Surgical Technologist Specialist

At Baylor Scott & White Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist Level II to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a Surgical Technologist Level II, you will play a vital role in ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the surgical team to prepare the operating room, set up equipment, and maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and maintenance of the operating room, including setting up equipment and supplies
- Assistance with patient positioning and draping
- Passing of instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures
- Monitoring of equipment and supplies during procedures
- Cleaning and disinfection of the operating room after procedures
- Degree from an accredited program in Surgical Technology
- Less than 1 year of experience in Surgical Technology
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
