Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Location: East Windsor, NJ

Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Design and execute activities that cater to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children.
- Offer diverse experiences and activities, including music, games, and storytelling.
- Implement activities that introduce foundational math and literacy concepts.
- Create culturally relevant programs and activities.
- Establish routines and provide constructive guidance.
- Encourage a positive self-image among students while supporting their individuality, independence, and creativity.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for children to thrive.
- Facilitate the FasTracKids program for all enrolled students.
- Maintain accurate educational assessments and progress documentation for assigned students.
- Adhere to student-to-teacher ratios and keep attendance records throughout the day.
- Train and oversee Teacher Assistants within the classroom setting.
- Communicate effectively with children in an understandable manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities at all times.
- Maintain open communication with parents.
- Keep detailed logs of demonstrations and lessons.
- Assist in organizing school-wide events and curriculum planning.
- Develop and refresh games and workshops.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress.
- Attend required in-service training sessions throughout the academic year.
- Engage in weekly staff meetings and curriculum discussions.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding student, parent, and school information in accordance with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Company CEO.
- Must possess a CDA or an Associate's Degree in Education, with a commitment to obtain CDA within the first year, or a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Completion of Montessori Certification is required within the first year of employment or promotion.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid is mandatory.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a classroom environment.
