Solar Project Coordinator

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Solar Assistant Superintendent for a contract position at our client in Millwood, WV.

Company Overview: Trillium Construction specializes in utility scale solar projects across North America and is now hiring for a large project in the Millwood, WV area.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is up to $32 plus overtime, with additional benefits including M/V/D, PSL, Holiday Pay, and 401k.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and direct construction traffic entering and leaving the site.
• Efficiently maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Count and document material items delivered to the site.
• Compile and submit reports on computer (Teams, Procore) and paper.
• Monitor, report, and document safety protocols.
• Enforce sign-in activities and monitor quality control inspections.
• Fulfill daily reporting requirements in Procore.
• Inspect soil erosion and sediment control measures.
• Receive materials and manage the Project Material Receipt Tracker.
• Maintain good housekeeping through minimal labor tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of construction experience with leadership skills preferred.
• Familiarity with construction activity and safety guidelines.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with construction experience.
• Able to read tape measures, blueprints, and perform electrical and carpentry tasks as needed.
• OSHA 10 certification required; first aid training a plus.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Procore essential.
• Certification or training in skilled trades a plus.
