As a member of our Emergency Medical Services team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care through established protocols to maintain safe and effective patient flow in the Emergency Room.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Emergency Room Charge Nurse and medical direction of the ER Physician.
- Work collaboratively with the Emergency Medical Services team to maintain safe and effective patient flow.
- Participate in continuing education, practical skills testing, and re-certification processes to maintain required certifications and skills.
- Meet the requirements for Current North Carolina Emergency Medical Services Paramedic certification/licensure and Current North Carolina Advance EMT (AEMT) certification.
