Salary: $50 per hour
Job DescriptionAs a Transmission Mechanic at Colonial Chevrolet, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with vehicle transmissions. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with our service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience as a transmission technician
- Some level of instructor-led automotive training
- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
- Valid driver's license
