Job Overview

DME Express LLC is a medical supply company committed to delivering exceptional service and equipment to the Hospice field. As a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team's success by providing timely and efficient delivery of medical equipment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $16-$18 per hour, based on experience. A competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement the most effective daily route to deliver medical equipment
  • Assemble and deliver necessary equipment, educating patients and families on proper use
  • Ensure adherence to DOT and FDA regulations regarding Oxygen and DME
  • Maintain stock levels and cleanliness in warehouse and delivery vehicle
  • Verify that Medical Equipment Technicians adhere to company standards
  • Provide patient/client orientation and instruction on equipment usage
  • Solve various problems as a company field representative
  • Complete delivery and pickup process through app accurately and promptly
  • Assist with cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair of equipment
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle
  • Mainitain personal appearance and promote teamwork among colleagues

  • Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule
  • Acceptance of additional duties and activities
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to lift 75 pounds daily
  • COVID-19 precautions in place, including Personal Protective Equipment and sanitizing/disinfecting protocols
