Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of member orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull merchandise from a pick list and verify inventory counts using a handheld scanner device.
  • Build and shrink-wrap packages, and move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
  • Communicate with the club team to resolve inventory and equipment issues.
  • Work with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met and productivity requirements are met.
  • Securely package orders and prepare them for shipment through BJ's Fulfillment Center and other systems.
  • Oversee the package carrier pickup and ensure the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized.
  • Process returns to the club and make determinations on how to handle them.
  • Order supplies for the department and maintain open communication with the Club Support Center liaison.
Requirements:
  • Previous order pulling experience is preferred.
  • Big box/wholesale retail experience is preferred.
  • Previous RF scanner experience is preferred.
Work Environment:

This role requires regular, predictable, full attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement and lifting of objects up to 30 pounds. The work environment is comfortable, but may require occasional exposure to temperature extremes and Company-approved cleaning agents.
