  • Collect shopping carts and store them in the cart corral, keeping the parking lot free of trash and debris.
  • Ensure front-end racks, drink coolers, and cleaning supply stations are stocked, cleaned, and presentable.
  • Promote product sales through active customer engagement and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take precautions when handling objects to avoid damage to products and property.
  • Follow company guidelines by cleaning the breakroom and restroom, and facing products to ensure proper store conditions.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and bagging groceries.
Requirements
  • Ability to remain courteous with customers at all times.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to potential hazards and ability to report them to a supervisor.
Physical Demands
  • Continuous standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
  • Frequent use of hands for reaching, touching, and handling.
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, maneuvering, or lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
