We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to design site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Prepare conceptual grading analyses and site layout
  • Compute and prepare due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis
  • Assist in production of final construction drawings
  • Prepare permit applications for applicable municipal agencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
