Key Responsibilities
  • Department Management: Manage and direct the marination department to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety and quality principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Working Conditions

The Marination Department Manager will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to production equipment and processes. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a team environment, with regular communication with other departments.
