- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety and quality principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions, taking into account business objectives and customer needs.
The Marination Department Manager will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to production equipment and processes. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a team environment, with regular communication with other departments.
