We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team at EXCELLENCE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, LLC. As a Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious and delicious meals.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Supervise and distribute medications to residents, accurately recording self-administration.
  • Document and report significant changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements
  • Current state CNA and Med Tech Certificate.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year minimum experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS Certification.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
