Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to drive business results.
- Act as a change agent, promoting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to socialize impact and drive adoption.
- Assist in business transformation, streamlining operations, and building new solutions to simplify business processes.
- Document new and existing processes and business rules, and provide training and support to ensure seamless execution.
- Support business performance by identifying ownership, risks, and process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven advanced level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to motivate others to take action, and drive results through data-driven decision making.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
