Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Consultant within the Accounting Division at vArida-Tech Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and oversee general ledger accounts adhering to GAAP principles.
2. Assist in the consolidation process and other general ledger functions.
3. Facilitate the month-end closing activities in collaboration with Shared Services and Subsidiaries.
4. Prepare and scrutinize journal entries.
5. Support subsidiaries with account analysis and research inquiries.
6. Engage in the creation of functional specifications for various projects.
7. Analyze trends and investigate any discrepancies in account variances.
8. Generate and distribute daily and monthly financial reports.
9. Prepare management and statutory reports as necessary.
10. Provide recommendations to address financial issues.
11. Process transactions related to asset management.
12. Assist with Intercompany Billings.
13. Fulfill audit requests and participate in controls review.
14. Foster collaboration among operational teams and departments.
15. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Fundamental understanding of general ledger accounting concepts and practices.
- Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.

Work Environment:
This position requires in-person attendance and is structured around a standard day shift schedule.
