Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor associates in delivering exceptional customer service through effective techniques and approaches.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by reviewing and interpreting relevant reports.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain required documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care by accurately processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and offering customer counseling.
  • Exhibit current expertise in the field and apply this knowledge to enhance the development and execution of strategic action plans.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards within the workplace.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the NABP. A valid pharmacy license is required by the date of employment, along with completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
