Job Title: In-Building Construction Manager

Ampcus Inc. is a leading provider of technology and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled In-Building Construction Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The In-Building Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and site management. This includes ensuring site appropriateness, recommending suppliers, identifying scope items, and managing equipment and material distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site feasibility and recommend suppliers
  • Identify and validate scope items with RF and suppliers
  • Determine and manage equipment and material distribution
  • Plan and schedule installation and construction
  • Monitor progress and milestones against schedule
  • Conduct audits and evaluate punch list items
  • Manage budget and coordinate with customer project managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of related work experience
  • Basic technology or related trade course work completion
  • Experience with in-building RAN systems and RF design
  • Ability to determine site feasibility and design consulting
  • Direct knowledge of working in large and small venues
  • Experience in managing general contractors and construction scope estimation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of and ability to enforce customer construction and quality standards
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting practices and techniques
  • Understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and environmental compliance
