Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, providing tailored ABA therapy services in a home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver ABA services, building positive relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with our team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA Services: Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism, developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Build Positive Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team members, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct Data Collection: Gather and record data on client progress, reporting significant findings to our BCBAs and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination of care.
  • Adapt to Client Needs: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when working with clients of diverse needs and abilities, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the ABA field, with a strong interest in pursuing RBT certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
