You will have the rewarding responsibility of collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend their talent requirements, challenges, and priorities, enabling you to develop effective sourcing and market strategies for attracting exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Identify and source candidates through various internal and external platforms, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

+ Conduct thorough candidate pre-screens while ensuring a positive experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers.

+ Deliver top-tier candidates, build robust candidate pipelines, and track metrics to assess recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Manage both passive and active candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

+ Employ innovative sourcing techniques utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to generate new leads and nurture existing ones.

+ Provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding outreach efforts, challenges faced, and insights into market conditions, translating obstacles into creative solutions.

+ Collaborate with fellow Talent Acquisition professionals to exchange knowledge, best practices, and enhance technical sourcing skills.

Qualifications:

Candidate Sourcing

Level: Working Knowledge - Familiarity with sourcing techniques and methods to attract and qualify candidates for immediate and future job openings.

Business Process Improvement

Level: Basic Understanding - Awareness of best practices in business process improvement and the ability to implement more efficient methods for conducting business activities.

Service Excellence

Level: Working Knowledge - Understanding of customer service principles and the ability to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Relationship Management

Level: Working Knowledge - Proficiency in relationship management techniques to foster healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Candidate Screening

Level: Working Knowledge - Knowledge of candidate screening processes to preselect suitable candidates for interviews.

Staffing and Recruiting

Level: Basic Understanding - Familiarity with staffing and recruiting standards and processes to identify and retain qualified personnel.

Workforce Analytics

Level: Basic Understanding - Knowledge of HR and workforce trends, with the ability to analyze data to support business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in technical and diversity sourcing.

+ Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.

+ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market insights.
