Job Summary

Total Safety is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including preventative and corrective maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative and corrective maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and achieve common goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and assembly, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 per year, plus benefits. Total Safety offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
