  • Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Provide direct patient care, including transportation, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities as outlined by treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment goals, plans, and programs as established by Physical Therapists.
  • Train patients in locomotion using orthotics, prosthetics, or assistive devices.
  • Order and instruct patients in the use of prescribed equipment.

Requirements:

  • Valid state PTA license required.
  • Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
