We are seeking a dedicated Resident Advocate to join our team at Buckner International. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and comfort to our residents, while also assisting with daily living activities.
The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a current Texas CNA License (preferred), and a minimum of one year of related experience. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
- Providing emotional support and comfort to residents through regular visits and activities
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
We offer a competitive salary of $44,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
