Position Overview:
In collaboration with the Nurse Director, the Nursing Unit Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care, optimal staffing levels, efficient patient flow, judicious resource management, and the oversight of nursing personnel within their designated unit during assigned shifts.
This position is dedicated to upholding the standards of professional nursing practice within the clinical environment during their shift, while consistently aiming to enhance patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Louisiana.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
3-5 years of general clinical experience in a hospital environment or 1-2 years of clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
- Strong communication abilities and adeptness in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
