Job Summary:

Rossville Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting oral health, and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical excellence in patient care, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • State license and malpractice insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Working Environment:

Rossville Family Dentistry is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
