Primary Care Specialist

As a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will join our community-based practice model in Pleasanton, Castro Valley/Hayward locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of exceptional primary care services.
Key responsibilities include managing a panel of patients, covering other physicians as assigned, and taking pediatric call for Castro Valley/Hayward locations. You will have the ability to practice full-spectrum primary care, including basic outpatient procedures, and see an average of 10-12 patients per half day.
We offer a collaborative and supportive staff environment, laboratory and radiology services available onsite, and access to Stanford specialists in-office and nearby offices. Compensation Package
A competitive salary range of $172,557 - $215,126 per year, plus a 10% annual bonus, ensures that your hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded. Plus, with a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus available, you'll be able to take advantage of this incredible opportunity without worrying about the costs associated with making a move.
