Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Bilingual Inventory/Administrator to contribute to our operations at AGM TOOLS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Point of Sale (POS) reports.
  • Conduct daily inventory assessments.
  • Manage the return of damaged or incorrect product deliveries to suppliers for refunds.
  • Negotiate with both external and local suppliers.
  • Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure correct quantities and quality.
  • Promote product movement across various locations and identify potential customers.
  • Plan and project annual product requirements.
  • Create purchase orders, invoices, and pricing documentation.
  • Request, monitor, and receive shipments via land, sea, and air.
  • Oversee the procurement and negotiation of both local and international products.
  • Prepare quotes for external transportation costs.
  • Compile expense reports.
  • Prioritize and distribute products to all locations.
  • Monitor supplier payment processes.
  • Supervise warehouse staff.
  • Maintain an updated inventory management system.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as required

Location: In-person

Qualifications:

  • Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
