Job Summary:

The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and build a rewarding career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Report any broken, damaged, or missing equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow our Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with front desk duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Custodial experience is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
