Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive personal financial counseling services to military personnel and their families, addressing a range of financial topics including budgeting, saving, and debt management.
  • Collaborate with installation and military branch Points of Contact to ensure our program meets the needs of the community.
  • Develop and deliver engaging financial education programs, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
  • Utilize virtual counseling platforms and other electronic modes of communication to provide accessible support to our clients.
  • Manage duty to warn situations in accordance with Department of Defense protocol.
  • Participate in regular supervision and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial counseling or a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
  • May be required to work outside of traditional office hours to support business needs.
  • Must have one of the following certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
