Concierge Role at Hard Rock

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Hard Rock. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with arranging services and reservations, including dining, entertainment, and attractions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages, working closely with Guest Attendants to store, retrieve, and deliver packages.
  • Utilize Hotsos and other messaging platforms to communicate with guests and handle inquiries.
  • Log all activities using the Concierge management system.
  • Greet guests in all public areas of the property and provide a warm welcome.
