ServiceNow Developer

C4 Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic DevOps team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving important design decisions with Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow enhancements and modifications to existing applications such as ITSM and CMDB.
• Create and modify business rules, script includes, UI Actions, widgets, and other advanced development functions.
• Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of integration hub and orchestration, webservices, scripted APIs, and related transform mappings.
• Triage and support issues from users on the ServiceNow platform and related applications and modules.
• Document and annotate scripts, process flows, update sets, and other workflows associated with ServiceNow development.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in a system engineering role.
• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required.
• Experience building custom business rules, script includes, widgets, macros, and other advanced development functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Desire to learn and apply new technologies.
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
