Job Summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a LPN, you will work closely with our team to deliver specialized care, administer medication, and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes and patient comfort.
  • Administer prescribed medication and treatments with precision and compassion, always prioritizing patient safety.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Empower patients and families through education and support, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

Requirements
  • Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
  • Current BLS certification is necessary.
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, effective problem-solving, and good organization and communication skills are essential.
  • Home Health Experience is preferred, but not required.
