Job Summary

The Small Fruit Extension Educator III develops and implements educational programs and conducts applied research to meet the needs of berry growers statewide. This position involves providing research-based information, publications, and programs in small fruit production, cropping systems, crop health, and Integrated Pest Management.

  • Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to prepare educational materials, teaching educational programs, conducting applied research, and supervising staff and volunteers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in biological or horticultural science, three years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
