Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and services in rural communities.

About the Role:

This role involves leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, implementing clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines. You will also be responsible for ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on their treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forwarding them as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical protocols outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Order, perform, or interpret results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
