Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical and managerial guidance on significant projects or technological assignments.
  • Establish objectives and plans that align with project goals.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging exceptional qualifications and unique expertise.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation for complex programs.
  • Offer strategic advice and technical direction to program and project teams.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify needs or challenges, leading studies and surveys to gather and assess data.
  • Make informed decisions that significantly influence project execution.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with certifications or prior work serving as substitutes for experience when necessary.

Cloud Service Development

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks for various service types including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
  • Implementing automation for cloud resources following DevSecOps best practices.
  • Analyzing applications to determine migration and deployment strategies for cloud environments.
  • Formulating strategies for failure recovery, cost optimization, and benefit analyses of cloud services.
  • Designing and developing cloud applications, migrating existing applications to the cloud, and managing cloud service policies.
  • Ensuring a secure cloud environment with appropriate availability and uptime.
  • Independently designing and enhancing new software products or major updates to existing cloud software.

Agile Team Collaboration

As a member of an Agile team, you will:

  • Maintain a cloud-based data architecture across various environments, enhancing analytic capabilities.
  • Utilize data sets to develop alerts and analytics for identifying potential insider risks.
  • Create dashboards to visualize insider risk scores in real-time, prioritizing based on analyst requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collaborative system delivery through configuration management and automated processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to develop advanced visual analytic applications and perform bulk analysis of relational data.
  • Experience with big data technologies and data science models.
  • Expertise in large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Microsoft VBA.
