As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), we offer a variety of senior lifestyle options, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring a high level of quality and compassion.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to maintain exceptional care standards.
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions.
  • Supervise Nursing Assistants and may supervise other nurses, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
  • RN or LPN license in Ohio.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for working with seniors and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
