Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Membership benefits, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, and processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to drive sales and increase Membership engagement.
  • Fulfill Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
