Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring LPN to work as part of our home health team. You will be responsible for providing nursing care according to the plan of care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base compensation, you may also be eligible for overtime pay and bonuses.

- Hours: Full-time
Your primary responsibilities as a Home Health Nursing Professional will include:
- Providing nursing care according to the plan of care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicating effectively with patients, family members, and caregivers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Certification/Licensure: Current LPN licensure in Washington state
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in nursing preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN; home health experience preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
