As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and refer visitors, potential customers, and customers to the appropriate person.
  • Forward sales information by answering the telephone, recording and delivering messages.
  • Present a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
