About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our restaurant is clean and well-maintained, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including oil changes and filter replacements
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of the restaurant's HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows
  • Perform other maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
